PURPOSE:To form a foreign language sentence quickly and correctly, by using an audio recognition technology, an auxiliary small key input device and a word dictionary for a foreign language sentence. CONSTITUTION:A recognition objective word is stored in a dictionary section 4 through uttering in advance. When a voice is inputted from an audio input section 1, the input of auxiliary information is made by using a simple keyboard 2 with the sound utterance. The keyboard 2 can input the tense of verbs, types of part of speech and symbols. A word dictionary 5 is retrieved according to the result of recognition of an uttered word and auxiliary information inputted from the keyboard 2, desired vocabulary is stored in a data storage section 6 and this is displayed on a display section 7. The dictionary 5 is stored with all words with strong conjugation and basic forms of weak conjugation, codes referencing the rules of conjugation and themselves, and the result of retrieval is outputted according to the input information. Words of mis-recognition and input errors are known at the display section 7, the correction is made by the operation of a full keyboard 9 and a desired sentence is printed 8. |
