In order to turn a load unit (45), e.g. a pallet, around, it is removed from its storage place by means of a lifting arrangement (23), e.g. forks, on e.g. a truck, and moved to a turning position (39) on the truck where it is rotated around a substantially vertical axis (40), into the desired orientation, after which it can be moved back into its storage place. A reach truck (1) is provided with a movable mast (4) and a turntable (39) the forks (24), (25) being movable into channels (21), (22) in the body of the truck, and the rotation of the pallet being facilitated by e.g. rollers (47). <IMAGE> |
