<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the overload operation of a pump which is operated after a pump trip occurs, by mounting a generating output suppressing device which causes a generating output to change to a given value when a trip of each auxiliary device occurs. CONSTITUTION:A generating plant controller consists of a generating device 32 for generating output instruction, a process quantity controller 36, and a generating output suppressing device 34 provided with signal generators 150, 152 and 154 which generate signals equivalent to 50%, 50% and 25% of capacity, respectively. Discharge quantity detecting signals 206, 208 and 210 from their respective water feed pumps are inputted to comparators 156, 158 and 160. Outputs from switching devices 168, 170 and 172 are inputted to an adder 174, and a low- value selectors 38 outputs with priority a value of a signal 200 or 322, whichever is lower. This permits an auxiliary device, operated after a trip occurs, to operate at a maximum output without overload operation.</p> |
