PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable detent of a terminal bolt when a wiring component is secured.SOLUTION: In a battery in which a battery housing BC having a substantially flat-plate type lid portion 2 is provided, a power generating element having a pair of electrode plates and a collector 4 connected to the electrode plates are arranged in the battery housing BC, and an electrode terminal 5 continuous with the collector 4 is configured to penetrate through the lid portion 2 and be drawn to the outside, the electrode terminal 5 is configured of a plate-like member, a terminal bolt 8 for connecting the electrode terminal 5 to the wiring component is secured to the outer portion of the battery housing BC in the electrode terminal 5 while the screw portion 8a of the terminal bolt 8 is set up to penetrate through the electrode terminal 5, and the electrode terminal 5 is configured to be bent in the neighborhood of the head portion 8b of the terminal bolt 8 so as to directly or indirectly receive the rotational force acting on the head portion 8b of the terminal bolt 8 when the wiring component is secured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
