PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table having a structure in which expansion of holes itself as a factor for generating the play in extension/contraction/fixation is less likely to occur.SOLUTION: The folding table includes: two top plates; two top plate receiving beams which are each fastened to the two top plates and which make the two top plates movably hinged between the folding position and expanded position; a first vertical shaft which is pivotally supported on a pin pivotally fitted to the two top plate receiving beams in the connection part where the two top plate receiving beams are hinged; a slant material receiving beam which has on both sides two points that are pivotally supported by the two top plates or the two top plate receiving beams; a second vertical shaft which is rigidly combined or integrated with the slant material receiving beam and which is externally inserted into the first vertical shaft; and a vertical shaft fixing pin which is provided in the first hole prepared in the first vertical shaft and in the second vertical shaft and which is installed with the expansion prevention means that prevents expansion of an engaging place between a taper toward the tip end on the hole insertion side and a shearing force working face by the first and the second vertical shafts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
