PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic control unit for a loader, which can suppress enlargement even if a direction switching valve for an arm, a direction switching valve for a bucket, and a flow dividing mechanism are integrally formed. SOLUTION: The direction switching valve 11 for the arm is arranged in an arm block 20, and the direction switching valve 12 for the bucket is arranged in a bucket block 23. A first block 21 is arranged between the arm block 20 and the bucket block 23. The flow dividing valve 14 and an oil-return-passage opening/closing valve 15 are arranged in the first block 21, and arranged on a plane orthogonal to a plane where the switching valves 11 and 12 are positioned.
