PURPOSE:To assemble and to produce a tape recorder or the like efficiently, by providing a felt winding material where a string-shaped felt is wound endlessly, a mount winding part which winds up a mount, and sticking rolls which feed out the felt peeled from the mount and a band-shaped leaf spring. CONSTITUTION:A band-shaped pat spring 14 used in a tape recorder or a cassette tape is produced continuously. A string-shaped felt material 24 consisting of a felt 21, an adhesive 22, and a mount 23 is wound endlessly to form a felt winding material 20. The mount 23 is wound up by a mount winding part 59, and the felt peeled from the mount and a band-shaped leaf spring material 3 are caught between sticking roll parts 11a and 11b and are fed out. Thus, a continuous band-shaped pat spring material is produced automatically. |
