摘要 Device for checking the correct fitting, relative to a surface, of a body having a head, the device having a frame to be leaned against the surface, a truncated cone-shaped convergent mirror fixed to the frame as to lay with its smaller opening on the surface surrounding the head, a video camera mounted on the frame with the optical lens facing the mirror so as to acquire an image, reflected by the truncated cone-shaped convergent mirror, of the gap between the head and the surface; a processing unit to process the image so as to measure the gap under the head along a plurality of scanning lines that are radial with respect to the optical axis of the lens and to generate an alarm signal based on the comparison between the measured values of the under-head gap and a threshold value; and a warning light controlled as a function of this alarm signal.

A device for checking the correct fitting of a connection organ having a head relative to a fitting surface, the device comprising: a frame comprising a base configured to lean against the fitting surface and an upright integral with the base; a truncated cone-shaped convergent mirror fixed to the base so as to lay, during use, with its smaller opening on the fitting surface in order to surround the head; image capturing means coupled to the upright with their optical lens turned towards the mirror and preferably coaxial to the latter so as to capture at least one image, reflected by the mirror an under-head gap measurable between the head and the fitting surface; processing means configured to process the captured image so as to measure said under-head gap along a plurality of scanning lines that are preferably radial relative to an optical axis of the lens and configured to generate at least one signal indicating the correct or incorrect fitting of the connection organ based on a comparison between the measured values of the under-head gap and a predetermined threshold value; and signalling means configured to be controlled as a function of said at least one signal.
