PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the conflict of radio resources for uplink control information relative to downlink data multiplexed non-orthogonally.SOLUTION: A base station device 10 comprises: a control information transmission unit 122 that transmits a plurality of pieces of downlink control information relative to a plurality of respective terminals using the same downlink control channel region; a data transmission unit 124 that non-orthogonally multiplexes the plurality of pieces of downlink data relative to the plurality of respective terminals and transmits them; and a control unit 14 that puts, in the downlink control information, information for determining an uplink control channel region where uplink control information relative to downlink data transmitted by the data transmission unit should be transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
