PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing device which can manufacture a hollow bent member having excellent dimensional accuracy with high productivity at low cost while reducing a size of the entire device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of a bent member includes: a first manipulator 27 which is arranged in a first position so as to move in a two-dimensional or three-dimensional direction, and holds a first part positioned on a first end part side of a hollow metal material 25, and feeds the metal material while changing a feed direction; a second manipulator 28 which holds a second part positioned on a second end part side of the metal material, and is arranged in a second position located on the second end part side than the first position so as to move in the two-dimensional or three-dimensional direction; heating means for forming a high temperature part; cooling means which cools the high temperature part; and a high temperature part generation mechanism 23 arranged between the first position and the second position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
