PURPOSE:To expand the overlapped time of a digit line driving signal to a word line driving signal to expand margin, by delaying the digit line driving signal in accordance with the delay time of the word line driving signal. CONSTITUTION:Digit lines 31, 32 are arranged at the nearest terminal of a word line driving circuit and digit lines 30, 33 are arranged at the farthest terminal. Therefore, the delay of the word line driving signals is minimum at the digit lines 31, 32 and maximum at the digit lines 30, 33. Delaying circuit 2-5 is corresponds to said positioning, the delay time of delay circuits 2, 4 is set up to a low value and that of delay circuits 3, 5 is set up to a high value. Consequently, time difference between the digit line driving signal and word line driving signal is kept at a low value. Since the optimum time of a reading-out strobe is different in each digit line by said delay, the digit lines having the same delay time are multiply connected and inputted to presence amplifiers 10, 11. The outputs of the plural presence amplifiers are multiply connected and inputted to a main sense amplifier. |
