<p>PURPOSE:To arrange simply and reliably by providing a rotor having means for collecting box nut thrown into a hopper one by one only through correct position and carrying/discharging box nuts while holding correct position through a guide plate. CONSTITUTION:Many nuts are thrown into a hopper 7 then a rotor 4 is rotated in the arrow direction A, and the collecting section 5e of collecting means 5 fixed at the outercircumference of rotor 4 will project through a pass hole 7a in the bottom board 7b of hopper 7 while the collecting section 5e will scoop up one box nut on said hole 7a. If the box nut is at correct position, it is inserted loosely over a pin 5g and carried, while if it is at unstable position, box nut will contact against the projected end face 8a of guide plate 8 and removed. Thereafter box nut of correct position is carried while being limited by the inner end face 8b of guide plate 8 at the head portion Na and dropped into a part guide rail 9 in such state as the head portion Na will be at the forefront.</p> |
