PURPOSE:To improve the insulating performance by winding a mica tape on the inserting part of the slot of a coil and the end of a coil, then inserting the tape into a slot, coupling the coil, then covering the remaining coil with thermosetting resin and fully impregnating. CONSTITUTION:A mica tape is wound to the slot 1 of a coil inserted into a slot of a core 12 and the part of the length L at part of a coil end 2 to form the first insulating layer 11. After the coil is inserted into the slot, the coil leads 4 are coupled. The untreated part of the coil end 2, a nose 3 and leads 4 are overlapped with the first insulating layer with no solvent thermosetting resin having -40-+200 deg.C of glass transition temperature of a cured material, fully impregnated to form the second insulating layer 14. In this manner, the number of steps is reduced, and the insulating performance of the coil end is improved. |
