<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy input operation for beginners by putting a touch screen on an information display screen to form the display screen and an input surface close to each other on the same surface and at the same time fixing the display screen at an optional angle. CONSTITUTION:A transparent touch screen 32 is put on an information display screen, e.g., a display screen 31 of a CRT, and an input part 32 and a display part 31 are formed on the same plane. At the same time, the screen 31 is fixed at an optional angle theta by means of a shaft 33 and a ratchet 34. The output of a computer 41 is displayed 44 via a communication control part 42 and a display control part 43. For input of data a touch is given to a touch part 32 of a screen 46, and the X and Y coordinate of the touched point are calculated through an input data processing part 45 and processed at the part 42. Then the coordinates requiring a calculation is displayed 44 via the computer 41; while the coordinates requiring no calculation is displayed 44 as it is via the part 43. When no input is required, the display is erased by the part 32. Thus the gratings are erased excepting a touch part resetting key 51. This facilitates an easy operation of a computer terminal for beginners.</p> |
