The present invention relates to a sliding tool exchanger. The sliding tool exchanger comprises: a tool supporter included in an upper part of a headstock; an arm supporter included in a front surface of the tool supporter; an arm having an upper end part coupled to the arm supporter through a hinge part, a first actuator having a tool port included in a lower part of the arm; a cam guide vertically included in the tool supporter; a cam included to allow the arm to be rotated by a cam guide; and an arm cylinder fixed to an upper end part of the arm and supported to be stopped by a detent piece extended to a lower part of the tool supporter. A shock absorber for preventing restoring impact of the arm is coupled to the arm supporter. A slope guide piece is coupled to a lower end of the cam guide and is configured to be locked by a spring. Therefore, according to the present invention, the tool port of the arm is selected in a process of exchanging a tool. A tilt angle of the cam guide is alleviated to reduce a transfer distance, and a load can be reduced. In addition, the shock absorber is included in the arm supporter to minimize impact generated when the arm is returned. |
