PURPOSE:To permit only a gas to be always supplied to a gas flow restriction member and maintain a quantity of permeation of the gas through the gas flow restriction member at a constant level, by providing a valve mechanism to be in closed operation when a liquefied gas storing vessel stands upside down at the inlet side of the gas flow restriction member at a discharge portion of the vessel. CONSTITUTION:A valve section 20 is provided at a lower portion of a cylindrical spout 14 of a vessel 13, and a space 21 is defined between the valve section 20 and a gas flow restriction member 17. The valve section 20 is formed with a valve chamber 23 having a valve opening 22 at its upper portion, a ball valve 24 capable of rolling in the valve chamber 23, and communication holes 25 formed at a lower portion of the valve chamber 23. With this arrangement, when the vessel 13 stands erect, the ball valve 24 opens the valve opening 22, while when the vessel 13 stands upside down, the ball valve 24 closes the valve opening 22 to block communication of a liquefied gas 26. Accordingly, the gas flow restriction member 17 is always supplied with the gas in gaseous phase, and a quantity of evaporation from the gas flow restriction member 17 may be maintained at a substantially constant level. |
