摘要 The invention relates to a solid-state dosimeter for measuring gamma radiation, consisting of an energy-dependent solid-state detector of prismatic construction and a perforated filter combination. The invention particularly relates to an energy compensation filter for TLD, RPS or TSEE solid-state detectors for adapting the response characteristics (measurement value/measurement variable), which is dependent on the gamma radiation energy, to the measurement variables of interest in radiation protection. It is characterised by the fact that the filter combination consists of two identical half sections which are held on two mutually opposite side faces of the solid-state detector, and in that each half section is composed of two metal strips extending at a distance from one another and a strip of material extending in the slot between the metal strips and absorbing little or almost no gamma radiation. The special advantages of the filter combination used in accordance with the invention consist in that the UV light excitation can occur perpendicularly to the longitudinal extent of the filter arrangement. Similarly, a UV beam can be used for exciting fluorescence, which excites the solid-state detector only in a predetermined part area, for example 1/10 to 9/10 of the solid-state volume, through the narrow side. The analysis is advantageously also carried out in parallel to the extent of the filter combination, the UV light being masked out, so that measurement is possible in the solid-state detector (glass) areas. ...
