The subject of the present invention is aluminium-alloy wheels and processes and devices for manufacturing these. A wheel according to the invention comprises a rim 1 which is manufactured by magnetoforming in various steps from a cylindrical aluminium-alloy hoop. It comprises a body or central disc 2 extended by a skirt 2a which is manufactured by deep-drawing a plane aluminium-alloy disc. The skirt 2a of the disc is assembled with the rim 1 by magnetoforming. One application is the mass production of aluminium-alloy vehicle wheels. <IMAGE>
