In order to reduce or eliminate the acoustic emissions in buildings and residences and to reduce the noise level in plumbing and heating systems, absorption-insulation and damping materials are used in an easily installable manner in the form of mouldings, stamped parts or sheets. They are temperature-independent and environmentally friendly, comprising foams, plastics, heavy-duty bitumen sheets or visco-elastic materials; and solve the noise problems in plumbing and heating installations in residences and buildings of all kinds. (Primary damping of concrete foundations is carried out by the Reduc system.)
