The invention relates to a cutter holder for the bevel-cutting cutter head of a woodworking machine, preferably fitted with full- cut cutters with spur ribs and spur tips. Essential features of the invention can be seen in the fact that a cutter breast plate accommodating the spur ribs is arranged between the full-cut cutter and centrifugal wedge, which cutter breast plate remains connected to the full-cut cutter via at least two connecting screws, in particular during re-grinding. The cutter breast plate contains two mating holes into which indexing pins are pushed for securing the cutter breast plate and the full-cut cutter as well as for obtaining a really accurate cutter projection. The indexing pins are actuated via a sliding surface in the centrifugal wedge. The cutter breast plate with full-cut cutter can be directly removed radially without a tilting movement.
