PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of bending work by lowering and raising upper and lower die-holders by slanting them with respect to a frame body, and providing a clamping mechanism used for holding a sheet stock between upper and lower dies. CONSTITUTION:An upper side cylinder 30 for lowering and raising an upper die-holder 25 is provided to a frame body 1, and an upper-die pressing guide- member 23, for lowering and raising the holder 25 by slanting its upper part to the back side is also provided. Further, a lower side cylinder 42 for lowering and raising a lower die-holder 37 is provided, and a lower-die pressing guide- member 24, for lowering and raising the lower die 37 by slanting it to the front side is also provided. Next, a clamping mechanism C for holding a sheet stock 74 between the upper and lower dies 36, 47, is provided to the body 1, to lower and raise the upper and lower die-holders 25, 37 by slanting them. By this method, a bending of <=90 deg. bending angle is easily performed, and the accuracy of bending work is improved. |
