AUTOMATIC TRANSACTION EQUIPMENT

PURPOSE:To cope quickly with the recovery of a trouble by making use only a unit incorporated to an automatic transaction equipment to display a voltage waveform at an area to be measured within the transaction equipment on a display. CONSTITUTION:When a waveform is displayed through an automatic transaction equipment containing a display, a probe 1 is first attached to a position to be measured to obtain an analog waveform signal at this contact position. Thus an input circuit 2 applies the prescribed processing to said waveform signal and supplies this signal to an A/D converter 3. The converter 3 converts the analog waveform signal given from the circuit 2 into a digital waveform signal with the sampling timing produced by a control timing circuit 4. The converted data is transferred to a main memory 7 by a direct memory access controller 5 and then to a refresh memory 9 via a control unit interface part 8 for display. The data transferred to the memory 9 is displayed at a display part 21.
