PURPOSE:To improve mass-producing property and heat-proof property at low cost, by making the coil end section of a strip conductor wider than the conductor. CONSTITUTION:A flat motor is organized with a rotor A consisting of permanent magnets and with a stator C provided with a plurality of coils B arranged in a ring shape confronting the magnets. The coils B for the stator C are formed in a coil shape by winding up a core 1 with a sheet conductor 2 provided with an oxide layer and an insulating layer on the conductor sheet to be processed in a cylindrical shape. In case of the winding-up, an epoxy bonding layer is coated on one face of the sheet conductor 2 and the conductor is wound up several times, and the conductor filling up the surface with thick epoxy resin bonding agent 3 including vitreous powder is wound up several times. After that, the conductor with coating film in a specified thickness is wound up desired times to form a cylindrical unit 5, and the six units 5 for stators are arranged in a ring from and are molded. As the result, on jointing and processing contact points, deformation or the like is not generated on the molded units, and works can be easily carried out. |
