摘要 Measurements of running accuracy on assembled ball bearings, which are based essentially on DIN 620, are applied both by bearing manufacturers and by bearing users, in particular in the case of precision ball bearings, for the purposes of quality control and quality assurance. According to the present state of the art, there is no measuring unit which can satisfactorily measure bearing impacts on assembled precision ball bearings, because the measurement errors that occur are excessively large (up to 100% and more). The measurement method according to the invention and the device developed for this method provide a measuring instrument by means of which it is possible for the first time for actual running accuracies to be measured with high accuracy on assembled precision ball bearings, specifically separately for the inner and outer races, and thus for specified standard running acccuracy tolerances to be checked without the test bearing being dismounted or damaged. The novel measurement method, which is based on the rotation, oriented exclusively with reference to the raceway, of the revolving ball bearing ring, which is scanned by one or more displacement sensors, is realized in a simply and cost-effectively produced device.
