The invention relates to an apparatus for removing fibre/foam/ cork/glue residues, organic residues, natural foams, adhering to floors or to any planar surfaces on the ground requiring treatment, by combined chemical and mechanical action. The invention consists of a hand tool, using a straight 1 or curved 24 flexible blade fastened in a removable manner to a bent support 18 connected to a handle shaft 2 ending in a T-shaped handle 3, a system for pinching a flexible tube 4 controls the flow of liquids, linked on the one side to a reservoir 5 for liquids, on the other to an application bar 6 located behind the blade 1 or brush or scraper. Two rollers or even a runner may be placed under the handle shaft in order to ease the displacement of the tool. When using a brush, the lateral rollers can be fixed and placed halfway up the thickness of the brush, in order to protect the bristles from being squashed, to maintain the kneading/scraping efficiency and to ease handling. <IMAGE>
