<p>PURPOSE:To easily form and display the control chart reflecting the characteristic of a production shop by coupling the basic control chart of a common production control with the characteristic parameter of the production shop. CONSTITUTION:At present, when the controller of the production shop designates the control chart to be retrieved, the pertinent control chart display program is called out of the control chart display program group. Simultaneously, the pertinent control chart parameter classified by the shop is set by the control chart identification code from a control parameter register 1-2 classified by the shop of a control chart preparing part 1 classified by the shop. Consequently, the parameter of the pertient basic control chart is instructed from a system side, and the production shop characteristic parameter, individually in accordance with the guide message at the system side, is set from a control chart display 2-1 classified by the shop of a shop control chart display part 2 by the controller. Next, a movement data 2-4 classified by the shop are retrieved by the control chart identification code. Thus, the control chart classified by the shop desired by the controller of the production shop can be prepared and displayed.</p> |
