The invention relates to an articulation device comprising a shaft 6 arranged horizontally and a body 12 especially comprising an upper face 25, a horizontal bore 16 for receiving the shaft 6, the body being capable of being supported by rollers mounted at the ends of the shaft 6 which has previously been introduced into the bore 16. The upper face of the body comprises a zone 25 which extends substantially above the bore 16, which zone consists of a channel delimited by two substantially vertical walls, parallel to the axis 17 of the bore 16 and arranged on either side of a vertical plane V containing the said axis 17, the channel having two slopes 25 of opposing inclinations, which go down from the middle 26 of the channel towards its ends, so as to allow the flow, over the parts of the shaft 6 situated beneath the said ends of the channel, of a lubricant tipped over the said zone.
