The invention relates to a flexible lightweight small boat which is easy to handle and transport and can be rapidly put into use on all stretches of water after its deployment and the attachment of its removable accessories. The basic structure of the boat is constituted by a principal framework made of hollow tubes 2, 3, 4, 5, the tubes 3, 4 and 5 of which are articulated on an articulation plate 1 fixed at the prow on the bottom tube 2. Secondary frameworks 6 and 7 and seats 11 stiffen the main framework and tension the supple and flexible hull 12. Supple fenders 17 made of synthetic rubber protect the skin and the bottom. The removable floor 18 is constituted by self-supporting metal panels. The boat is rendered unsinkable by the attachment of inflatable fenders 21.
