An endoscopic device comprises an imaging unit 110 for imaging a subject, an illumination unit 120 for irradiating the subject with illumination light, and a processing unit 210 for acquiring three-dimensional shape information for the subject on the basis of an image acquired by the imaging unit 110. The illumination unit 120 emits, as illumination light, first illumination light that<b/>monotonically increases in luminance in a given direction on a reference surface orthogonal to an optical axis 8 of the imaging unit 110, and second illumination light that<b/>monotonically decreases in luminance in a given direction on the reference surface. |
