PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly accurate interference type range-finding meter.SOLUTION: An interference type range-finding meter 1 includes: a measured object; and an optical path compensation reflection mirror 41 that is disposed at a position opposing the measured object, and uses a perfect retroreflector 40B that provides an optical path in which a reciprocal optical path perfectly matches. The perfect retroreflector 40B comprises: a reflection mirror 42 as the measured object; a polarization beam splitter 47; a retroreflector 43B that uses a corner cube reflector disposed between the polarization beam splitter and reflection mirror 42; the optical path compensation reflection mirror 41; a first polarizer 45; a second polarizer 46; a third polarizer 61; and a fourth polarizer 62. The third polarizer 61 and fourth polarizer 62 modify elliptic polarization and oblique polarization included in emission light of the retroreflector 43B to make linear polarization incident upon the polarization beam splitter 47.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
