The present invention relates to a disposable ashtray made from a folding blank constituted by a container of pseudo-pyramidal shape delimiting a closed volume produced from a blank provided with folding lines, the blank comprising surfaces corresponding to the faces of the pseudo-pyramidal shape to be obtained, delimited, at least for certain of them and partially, by folding lines. According to the invention, the two edges 11 coming into coincidence of at least two of the said faces 1, 2, 6 are joined together by two triangular areas 8 which are folded inwards, while being superimposed one upon the other when the said two edges are being brought together, thus forming a bellows fold. The invention makes it possible to obtain a flat object which is easily and rapidly converted into the container constituting the ashtray. <IMAGE>
