PURPOSE:To improve assembling efficiency by clamping a projection and a through hole edge of an expanded part in connecting vertical frame to a cross frame, and to reduce cost, by press inserting the cross frame and abutting it to an projection of a jacketing body fitly inserted to the end part of a hollow vertical frame, and expanding said end part outward. CONSTITUTION:A jacketing body posses a main body 3 and an inserting body 9 at its tip part, and the body 9 is fitly inserted to the inside of the end part 2 of a vertical frame 1. Thus a projection 8 of the body 3 is clamped between a press die 11 and a horizontal plate part 5 of a cross frame 4 after fitly inserting the body 3 into the end part 2 of the frame 1. Next, a press die 12 having a tapered part 13 is inserted to the inside of the end part 2 of the vertical frame 1 along the center line of the body 9, and the tip part 7 of the body 3 and the body 9 are expanded to be bent outwards together with the end part 2 to clamp the hole edge part of a through hole 6 of the cross frame 4 by the projection 8 of the body 3 and the expanded tip part of the jacketing body 7. |
