A construction element according to the invention consists of a first part-surface layer for forming textured regions (3), a second layer, which covers the first layer and is of a different colour, as facing (4) and a rear stabilisation layer (5). The part-surface layer and facing consist of a mixture of cement, sand and colorant, whereas the stabilisation layer consists of glass-fibre concrete. The textured regions (3) can be splashed using a brush, corresponding to the desired structure, for example marbled structure, onto a smooth surface or formwork. The application of the second layer, as levelling layer, and the rear stabilisation layer subsequently take place onto this part-surface layer. The construction elements according to the invention can be used in particular for facade slabs, table tops and the like. <IMAGE>
