PURPOSE:To evade the collision of a mobile body such as a marine vessel without using any radar by using a Doppler sonar for a speed sensor, a gyrocompass for a course sensor, and a global positioning system. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 1 reads signals from the respective sensors at every t1 (t1<t2<t3)sec according to a timing clock from a timer 6 and stores them in a storage part 2, and also smoothes sensor information stored for t2sec to calculate vessel position information of at every t2sec. Further, a transmission interface part 10 reads position information on the main vessel out of the storage part 2 at every t3sec and adds a vessel name code as a discrimination code to the information to obtain a serial code, and a transmission part 3 makes it into a pulse train and modulates and amplifies a carrier, thereby sending the pulse train from an antenna 12. A reception part 4 receives vessel position information from another vessel and sends it as a serial code to the CPU 1 through an interface part 9, and the relative position between this vessel and the opposite vessel is calculated.
