PURPOSE:To obtain a reflection preventive film which is excellent in durability, heat resistance, dyeing resistance, etc., by providing titanium oxide of a prescribed grain size having a high refractive index component, in a liquid composite for forming a thin film of intermediate and high refractive indexes, and forming intermediate, high and low refractive index layers having a specific optical characteristic. CONSTITUTION:In a transparent base material 10, an optical characteristic at the time of forming intermediate, high and low refractive index layers 11, 12 and 13 at the air side form the base material 10 is shown by inequalities and equations. In this regard, na, nb, nc; da, db and dc denote refractive indexes and film thickness (nm) of each layer, and (m) denotes 1 or 2. Also, with respect to a design wavelength lambda0, lambda1, lambda3, and lambda0 denote wavelengths within (1+ or -0.2), and (1+ or -0.5), respectively. In this state, titanium oxide grains of 1-40mmu grain size are contained as a high 12 refractive index component in a liquid composite for forming the thin film of the intermediate and high refractive index layers 11, 12, and to the thin films of each layer, the liquid composite is coated, respectively, hardened by drying, heating or an active energy line, and an optical formed article having a reflection preventive film is obtained. |
