In order to produce an insert in shoes, shaped in the manner of a footbed, consisting of a lower part which is of full-soled design and shaped in the manner of a footbed and which can be put on the insole of the footwear, of cushions fastened thereon as well as if appropriate a full-soled cover part as support surface for the foot sole, which insert guarantees excellent wearer comfort in addition to great dimensional stability, pressure points as a result of friction or the like being avoided as far as possible, it is proposed that at least the lower part consists of an ethylene vinylacetate foil (1). <IMAGE>
