<p>The input signal (Vin) is fed via a first signal level changer (3) to the gate input of an FET (M4) which is one of a pair of FETs (M4, M1), fed from a common current source (J1). The pair of FETs and the source act as a differential amplifier. The other FET (M1) has a pair of series FETs (M3, M2) which act as a load, and also provide an output from the junction between them. The differential amplifier output is fed to a source follower circuit (4) which acts as a unity gain buffer amplifier and also provides a feedback signal to the differential amplifier via a second signal level changer (2).</p> |
