A liquid ejection apparatus (100) comprising a fluid line (101) configured to extend into a tank (40) and to receive a liquid (L), a rotary head (106) being arranged on the pipe and fitted with a rotary hub (108) that comprises a liquid ejection nozzle (112) for ejecting the liquid, the rotary head being rotatable in a first direction (R1)and the rotary hub being rotatable in a second direction (R2), such that the liquid ejected by the nozzle (112) is ejected in a pattern on an interior surface (41) of the tank.
