The controller includes a first programmable counter (50) adjusting the amount and number of injection according to the signal from a microcomputer (40), a second programmable counter (60) storng a leading angle at one interrupt and transmitting the angle at next interrupt to a counter for adjusting the ignition timing, a third programmable counter (70) calculating the engine speed by counting the pulse transmitted by the micro computer during one period of the interrupt signals, a fourth programmable counter (80) controlling idle rpm, and a fifth programmable counter (90), adjusting the opening angle of a diaphragm by adjusting the pressure applied to a diaphragm.
