PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for managing document issue with which errors caused by manual invention is eliminated while eliminating paper resources and man-power for issuing paper documents for an approval stamp and a document managing number. SOLUTION: An approval authority data base, issue condition data base, password file and number managing file are registered in a managing server (step 1), and once a person in charge has sent a log-in password to the managing server to be authenticated, a draft document file is temporarily registered (step 2). It is notified to an approval authorized person while referring to the approval authority data base (step 3) and once the approval authorized person has sent a log-in password to be authenticated, that approval is sent (step 4). Then, the issue condition data base is referred to and when issue conditions are satisfied (step 5), the draft document file is issued while referring to the document number managing file and applying the document number (step 6). |
