The arrangement consists of two contact blocks (5, 6) which are releasably connected to the inner conductor (2) or the outer conductor (1). They are in each case provided with one connection for the heating coil. The contact blocks (5, 6) are insulated with respect to the in each case other conductor and with respect to one another by means of a single insulating collar (7) which consists of elastic, heat-resistant insulating material.
