<p>A nursing garment for nursing a baby comprises an upper marginal portion (10) which fits over one shoulder and under the opposing armpit of the wearer, and has means (12) for securing the garment in this position. A cape portion (13) hangs from the marginal portion and is wider in the centre than at its ends, so as to provide a fullness which allows free movement of the wearer's arm underneath.
