The method consists:
- in seeking (2), by means of at least one transceiver set, a usable frequency plane
- in transmitting (3) the usable frequency plane to the other transceivers of the network
- and in transferring (4) frequency-hopping communications to the plane of the usable frequencies which is transmitted to all the transceivers of the network.
