A platform for supporting the feet of the user is formed with apertures therethrough and an upwardly extending surface portion at least in the region of the user's toes to spread same. An upwardly extending region along the central longitudinal axis may be provided to spread the feet of the user. A fan is provided below the platform to force air through the apertures.
