PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonization method in which an organic waste can be dried and carbonized in a relatively short time and in a few steps while deodorization is being carried out, and the use amount of a fossil fuel can be reduced; and to provide a method for manufacturing a solid fuel by using an organic waste, and to provide a manufacturing plant therefor.SOLUTION: The manufacturing plant 1 for a solid fuel includes a mixed waste treatment line 2 to treat a mixed waste, an organic waste treatment line 3 to treat an organic waste, a wooden waste treatment line 4, a solid fuel manufacturing line 5 to manufacture a solid fuel, and a steam boiler 6 to supply steam to the organic waste treatment line 3. In the mixed waste treatment line 2, combustible materials are extracted from general waste; in the organic waste treatment line 3, the organic waste is dried and carbonized to form organic carbonized materials; and in the solid fuel manufacturing line 5, the combustible materials and the organic carbonized materials are mixed and molded to form the solid fuel. |
