A deinking method of a graphic copied- and laser printedwaste paper comprises (a) adding water, godium hydroxide, surfactant and organic solvent i.e.. kerosene, xylene, naphtha, ligroin or cyclohoxane into the container, (b) agitating the mixt., adding the waste paper into the container, dopulping the waste paper with polystyrene powder, polyehylene powder or polypropylene powder, removing a toner-adsorbed resin from the depulped paper by the flotation cell or vibrating screen, and recovering the pulp.
