The invention relates to a floating marine structure anchored by a vertical taut anchorage. The structure is composed of a central portion anchored to the sea bed by tendons (taut elements) 5 and of a floating peripheral portion 9 supporting the heavy equipment and acting as a submerged tank for storing fluids which are lighter than seawater.
