FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Rear distal combined plate for osteosynthesis of brachial bone comprises diaphyseal, metaphyseal and adapter parts. Device has holes with angular stability, compression and oval holes for cortical screws, spiral bend-twisting to bypass the radial nerve and sagittal bending, corresponding to normal anatomy of lower third of brachial bone. Adapter part of the plate has oval holes for possible fixation of bone grafts. Compression holes are made of intermediate size with possibility of fixation by screws with diameter 3.5 mm and 4.5 mm. Metaphyseal part comprises mounting circular hole for cortical screws of 3.5-4.5 mm diameter and two rows of holes for screws with angular stability with diameter 3.5 mm. Long branch of the plate is oriented on head of branchial bone condyle.EFFECT: invention provides reliable fixation of bone fragments and reduced risk of nerves damage in fractures and false joints in the lower third of branchial bone.1 cl, 5 dwg
