<p>A presser foot for use in sewing ribbon-like material (16) to a fabric sheet (14) includes a sole (12) and an adjustable ribbon/sequin guide assembly (18). The assembly includes a tubular guid e portion (48), and defines, in connection with the sole, a needle dropping gap (32). The assembly is laterally movable, as a unit, by a nut (60), shank (54), and a U-shaped yoke (50) which is slidably received onto the shank (54). A stop guide pin (46) engages the assembly to prevent its rotation relative to the sole.</p> |
