<p>The present gaseous fuel injector (54) includes a device (166) to cause the swirling of water at an outlet end (82) of the injector (54), a plurality of tangentially angled passages (144) to cause the swirling of the gaseous fuel (32) and a device (189) for directing a portion of the air (40) into contact with the flow of fuel (32) prior to entering the combustor section (22). The swirling of the water, gaseous fuel (32) and the air (40) are in the same direction and are all aero-dynamically additive resulting in an efficient low cost gaseous fuel injector (54) to reduce Nox emissions.</p> |
